Travel and a big move have tied things up here the last three weeks and I realized we never congratulated Nicolas Schmerkin and the good folks over at Autour de Minuit on their big Oscar win for the animated short film “Logorama”. Autour de Minuit has been producing ground breaking animated shorts and series work for a few years now and you’ve seen their shorts in a few of our Animation Show’s with films “Raymond”, “War West” and last year’s Academy Award nominated short “This Way Up”. "This Way Up" was especially near and dear to us as we commissioned the film along with Autour de Minuit back in 08. Keep your eyes peeled for their next offering called “Babioles”, a new series of CG/live-action shorts set for release later this year.
