Who did the voice of the Jack Benny characters in Malibu Beach Party and Daffy and the Dinosaur?

In both shorts, that was radio emcee/actor Jack Lescoulie (I believe he also performed the task in "Goofy Groceries," though I haven't heard that in ages, and possibly elsewhere; the much briefer Benny vocal cameo in "Hollywood Daffy" was recognizably Mel Blanc). One of Lescoulie's many radio gigs was as host (or "Grouchmaster") of the panel spoof "The Grouch Club," which began in 1938 and whose cast at various times also included Arthur Q. Bryan, Sara Berner, and Mel Blanc. The program was broadcast from station KFWB, right on the Warner's lot, apparently, which may or may not have influenced his selection.
